The family vacation in Ocean City is over. Everyone packed up today and returned to their respective homes this morning, but before doing so I wanted to get in one last run down the shore. My dad offered to keep me company on his bike, so we set out for eight miles together on the boardwalk and streets of Ocean City.
It was pretty crowded on the boardwalk, but really nice having the company on yet another hot and humid training run.
Afterwards we headed down and spent some time on the beach, and I spent awhile in the water cooling off.
