Like any marathoner, I eat a lot.  I don't follow any sort of set diet, but instead try to eat everything in moderation.  I love cooking, and while I'm no iron chef, I do enjoy attempting various dishes in the kitchen.  I don't develop recipes myself.  I just google something I'm in the mood for and see what recipes I find.  I try to post credit where applicable.

Food is such a large part of a running lifestyle, because proper training requires proper fueling.  I love seeing what other runners enjoy eating to fuel their workouts and races, so I thought I would create this page to give you an idea of the things I eat.  Below are links to posts about meals that I cook frequently:
