The community pool in my town is open from 6 - 8am on weekdays. I'm trying to make it a habit to get there and swim some laps in the morning.
I also have my eye on a triathlon down the shore in a few weeks. This would be my first ever triathlon, and I definitely need to work on the swimming portion.
After swimming this morning I biked 4 miles, then ran four miles. All in a day's work.
