4 miles at the hotel gym this morning. Looked like a contestant in a wet T-shirt contest when I finished due to the sweat and my white cotton shirt. Even when running inside I can't escape the ridiculous amount of sweat. And because this blog doesn't feature nearly enough sweaty gym selfies, I took a picture afterwards.
