Temps in the low 30's when I set out. Ice on the ground. Stiffness in the body. Snot caked on my nose and sleeves from blowing snot rockets. Head full of Boston. Exhaustion. Sore lungs. Slow pace.

Dammit. It's going to be a long way to Boston.
