I saw the other post about the arrival of N...Scott,<br />I saw the other post about the arrival of Neale already, but thought I (nerd, that I am) would comment in chronological order. So, congratulations on the announcement :)<br /><br />It doesn't come as a surprise though, because, being the alert reader (listener, in that case) that I am, I guessed it after watching your Beer Mile video (re-watch it and try to find the hint).<br /><br />As for your question: 1) enjoy the ride. 2) support your wife whenever possible during the first three to six months, if in doubt skip the run. 3) as the kid(s) grow(s) older, make running your #2 priority again and carve out time wherever possible (run early (really early), run late (get a headlamp, though)).<br /><br />Cheers,<br />Henrik<br />P.S.: No ( or ) leftHenrik Wisthttp://blog.runbikeco.de/noreply@blogger.com
